The 8GB iPhone will now be available at $399 which is $200 less than it was previously available. 4GB variant has been discontinued.

Sounds like a great news in the US. :D

Samsung SGH-E840 - The Thinnest SliderSamsung has announced its new super-stylish phones at the CommunicAsia expo in Singapore. The phone is claimed to be one of the thinnest slider style mobile phone yet.

The Samsung SGH-E840 is a mere .42″ thin and has a mirrored, tempered glass face to give that cool and sexy look. The phone comes in Ice Silver, Candy Pink, Topaz Gold or Noble Blue colors.

Features include “touch sensitive keys” which work unlike normal normal keypad buttons, but more like the touch sensitive mouse trackpad on notebooks, a 2-megapixel camera with MPEG-4 video capture and playback, a microSD slot in addition to the 70MB of internal available memory,

Nokia 8600 Luna is the hottest discussion on the net today, here is of its leaked pictures found on the internet.

Nokia is also said to envision the 8600 as bringing the 8800’s features to the mid-range; accordingly, the leaked device is now known to have both a 2-megapixel camera, EDGE Internet access, and Bluetooth.

Though full information about the 8600 is not clear but it said to have a quad-band GSM radio and will almost certainly reach North American carriers as well as Nokia’s favored European audience. The release date and the price tag of the Nokia 8600 is not yet known.

Apple likely to deliver an avalanche of new products in March

MacWorld is reporting that Apple is planning to announce many hardware products this month. There have already been talks about the upcoming black version of Apple iMac. Many of the new products should start shipping in good quantities in a few weeks in the market.

The list is likely to be all models of Mac mini, the entry-level combo drive iMac, the mid-range MacBook Pro, entry-level and black MacBooks, all models of iPod nano, and the iPod HiFi.

While the backlog in supply of some of these products may simply be connected to growing demand for the company’s kit, it’s being suggested that the existing inventory levels suggest significant upgrades in some of the products mentioned – and by the end of the month. Continue Reading »

Apple failed to resolve the iTunes-Vista compatibility issues!

The iTunes program is key to synching music on computers with iPod portable players, and the latest version, iTunes 7.1, comes a month after the iPod and Macintosh computer maker warned PC users against installing Windows Vista until Apple could fix the problems.

Apple removed that outright warning from its Web site on Monday and stated instead that the updated iTunes is recommended for use with most editions of Windows Vista. But Apple also conceded that some glitches, including possible corruption of a user’s iPod player upon ejection from a PC, remain.

Samsung offers Bluetooth enabled all-in-one inkjet printer

Samsung Electronics launched its all-in-one inkjet printer (copy/scanner/printer) with Bluetooth connectivity ‘SCX-1470 series’.

The printer comes with a small Bluetooth device that enables users to receive images wirelessly from other Bluetooth-enabled devices and print them directly.
